IT MANAGER, ROARING FORK RESTAURANT GROUP
I manage the IT department for 60 restaurants, a real estate firm, and a corporate office. I oversee the day-to-day technical operations and the IT staff of our organization. I manage large-scale internal projects like migrating on-site virtualized environments to Azure. I manage the network and data security systems to comply with PCI and PII rules. I work closely with our franchise partners on projects and hardware and software updates. I regularly collaborate with other departments to find solutions for their needs and manage complex projects that fall into my scope. I mentor executive staff on IT solutions and coach and manage IT staff, interns, and contracted employees in this role. I report to the President of the organization.
SYSTEMS ANALYST, RETAIL DATA SYSTEMS
I helped several clients ranging from small to mid-sized businesses and non-profits with their IT needs. I worked directly with clients to create and deliver custom solutions for their needs. My managed projects generally included standard and specific business technology systems and services. General IT concepts such as office moves, server management, VPNs, network/firewall setups, and desktop support were the bulk of the work in this position.
